Manuel Hauser – Chief Executive Officer, Conducting Officer

Manuel founded Allegro in 2008 and chairs the company’s board of managers. Manuel has gained extensive specialist experience, both in the fund business and in general strategic and corporate matters as former CEO of UBS Fund Services (Luxembourg) S.A., and is a former member of the CSSF’s “Comité OPC” and “Commission d’Observation des Marchés”. Until the end of 2017, Manuel furthermore acted as independent director to a number of UCITS and Non-UCITS funds. As Swiss and Luxembourg citizen graduated in “Etudes Universitaires Pratiques en Economie et Droit” from Luxembourg University, Manuel is fluent in German, French and English.

Thomas Fahl – Head of Client and Portfolio Services, Conducting Officer and deputy CEO

Thomas is in charge of Allegro’s Client and Portfolio services since 2017 and has been responsible for managing the company’s client activities and fund operations since joining Allegro in 2011. Prior to that, Thomas was a senior manager and “réviseur d’entreprises” (Luxembourg chartered accountant) with Ernst & Young Luxembourg, providing audit services to alternative investment funds. As a German citizen graduated in European Business Studies in Germany and France, Thomas is fluent in German, French and English.

Giulia Ciocca – Head of Central Administration, Conducting Officer

Giulia joined Allegro in 2008 from BNP Paribas, Milan, and has since then been in charge of the funds’ central administration functions, primarily NAV calculation and fund accounting. In recognition of her longstanding, excellent services as well as in the context of the ongoing expansion of our activities, Giulia was promoted to the role of Conducting Officer in April 2018. As an Italian citizen graduated from Bocconi University, Milan, Giulia is fluent in Italian, English and French.

Jehan Dossin – Head of Finance and Corporate Functions, Conducting Officer

Jehan is responsible for Allegro’s corporate and accounting services, client and regulatory reporting as well as  IT & process organization since 2008. Jehan joined Allegro following a Master in Advanced European and International Studies and a “Licence en Sciences Commerciales” obtained from HEC Liège. In recognition for his outstanding services as well as in the context of the ongoing expansion of our activities, Jehan was promoted to Conducting Officer in April 2018. As a Belgium citizen, Jehan is fluent in French, English, German and Italian.
